This cap is made of herringbone twill from a well used vintage Belgian military field jacket.
Crown seams are covered in USA made cotton twill tape.
Brim is constructed of four layers: HBT, two layers of reclaimed denim, and heavy satin from a military trench liner. Trimmed with reclaimed twill tape from a vintage military rucksack.
Sweatband is made from reclaimed denim and vintage grosgrain ribbon.
Stitched vent holes.
My tag is embroidered on deadstock mil spec webbing.
